HMS Dependent Audit – Your Action is Required!
The Eighth District Electrical Benefit Fund has contracted with the independent firm, HMS, to verify that dependent(s) enrolled in the health plans meet the eligibility guidelines.
For your dependent(s) to continue coverage under the Eighth District Benefit Fund health plans, YOU MUST SUBMIT PROOF OF THEIR ELIGIBILITY BY FEBRUARY 19, 2021.
Soon you will receive a letter from HMS requesting this information. It’s imperative that you watch for the request and respond timely to avoid disruption of your eligible dependent(s) health benefits.
The request will include an explanation of the required document(s) that you must provide to HMS before February 19th, 2021.
